Policies and Discounts

Payments

Tuition and fees can be paid online through your “enrollsy” account. Parents can set up “auto-pay” as well as print their own receipts and invoices. The preschool office also accepts cash or checks made out to “Great Beginnings”.

Refund Policy

First tuition payment is due at time of registration. This payment is non-refundable and secures your child’s spot in that class. All other tuition can be refunded only with a 30-day notice.

Discounts

SIBLING: First child – full tuition, second child(ren) – 10% discount.

PAY IN FULL: We offer a 2% discount to families paying tuition in full when enrolling.

Late Fees

A late fee of $15.00 will be charged if payment is not received by the 15^th of the month. Any payment not received within 30 days will result in GB requesting that the child be withdrawn from the school. All financial questions, circumstances, or emergencies should be discussed with the Director.

Payment Schedule

PAYMENT #1 – Due at time of registration.
PAYMENT #2 – Due by September 1^st (+ activity fee)
PAYMENT #3 – Due by October 1^st
PAYMENT #4 – Due by November 1^st
PAYMENT #5 – Due by December 1^st
